Hello Tim, I’m sorry to hear that you were not happy with the work we did on your car, if there was something you didn’t like you could have called me or come to the shop to fix the problem, believe me I care about customer satisfaction and I always want our customers to be happy with the work we do.When you called and asked for a Full Detail we gave you an estimate not a price. We told you that we needed to see the car to give you a final price. It is well stated in our website that all over the phone quotes are just an estimate based on the information you give us, there is never any hidden or added costs without your complete understanding and permission.Yes, you brought the car and explained the spilled milk situation, and we noticed that the car was excessively dirty inside – Out (according to you it was “very clean” when you called) We told you that your car needed extra work, that the price would be $225 for Interior Detail with ONLY a coat of wax on the exterior, that we were NOT buffing or polishing the exterior, that we were NOT going to clean the engine bay, and that it would be better to leave it overnight to give us more time to work on it. You agreed and understood all of this, I have it all written down in paper with your signature at the bottom, you were never forced to leave your car with us. I can send you a copy anytime, so you don’t feel like we overcharge you.I’m sorry to hear that your car still smells like milk, we did clean and shampoo all panels, carpets and upholstery, we even cleaned your headliner. We did everything that was possible. If it didn’t work, then you probably have to remove the carpet and see if there is a foam pad that needs to be removed or replaced. That kind of work we can’t do for $225 and is not included in any detail package.About we buffing off the pinstripes I really don’t know what you are talking about, we never buffed the car, we just put a Coat of Wax which gets applied by hand. It is the service that you asked for and it is the service that you got. (again, I have it in paper) so take a good look at your pictures and make sure they’re not from 10 years ago.You picked up the car 2 days later because you wouldn’t answer your phone when I called you and you never called back. I walked the car with you, I showed you the inside and outside of it. You were happy, not a single complain, you paid the $225 and everything was okay. 2 months later you noticed that there are things you are not happy with.
