Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We received a rental car that has cigarette burns on the seat and smells of smoke. Calls to this location have gone unaddressed; not only can you not reach someone, the automatic phone dialer hangs up on you. I would not recommend this location as they are clearly not vetting their cars and it is impossible to get in touch with someone

I've rented 5 or 6 cars from this location (in just one month). Talk about consummate professionals. Lianne & Scott are fantastic. Great service. Super fast. Highly recommended.

I am having my car repaired and insurance rented me an AWD SUV that I reserved in advance through Enterprise. On the day of the rental, my rental car was not at the auto repair shop as promised. I had to go into the Enterprise center. One I was stranded there, I was told they did not have the SUV I needed, and I would need to take a small 2-wheel sedan, and trade the car in later in the day. Now I am being told I am 6th on a wait list for an SUV, and they have no idea when one will be available. I am going to have to return the car and uber to work tonight, then Uber to Hertz in the morning in order to get an SUV. I cant even reserve the SUV until tomorrow because Enterprise conned me into accepting a small car for the day. Hertz has been kind enough to just hold the SUV for me. I'm really disappointed by how much of a hassle this has been. I have learned you cant trust this company when they say they will have a car for you. Your reservation is worthless.
