A wonderful facility and experienced instructors. Ive been in martial arts and fitness for over 15 years and I can honestly say Trans Martial arts & Fitness is the place to train in Boulder. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

When I arrived for a free drop in with a friend last spring I was an IMMEDIATE Yes! This is the FIRST MMA gym Ive trained in although I had heard some pretty gnarly gym stories in General from other women, which had put me off checking out gyms before. So the ENERGY of the Space and the Classes was incredibly Important to me. Also, there was an Elder who was returning to the Dojo after complete knee replacement surgery. And I had NO way to know it, but hed be a LightHouse for me. I had a freak accident and broke my foot a few months into my Membership. Having that Elders Example, His modeling of YES! we CAN get back into the gym AFTER this process! I would often tap back into that in dark moments of my recovery- 12 weeks nonweighbearing ! The Family Vibe and Community Spirit of this Gym has been so Supportive for me and I would recommend this Dojo to anyone's! Come Check It Out !

I came to TMA's Muay Thai program as a 58-yr old complete beginner. After a year, I've advanced in skill and improved my fitness dramatically. What has been a welcome surprise is the culture of acceptance, positivity and generosity. I was immediately embraced by the TMA community, every one of whom will give their time to teach and help me learn. The culture modeled by the coaches sets the tone. Joining TMA has been one of the best things I've ever done for myself.
