Donna Voss was very helpful in guiding us through the entire home sale process. In addition to handling many/most of the technical items herself, she was extraordinarily patient with all of our questions and was super at keeping us informed all along the way. To top it off, whenever something unexpected happened (like the title company shutting down due to a computer hack) she was extremely helpful in helping us get to a successful outcome.

Donna was amazing through a tough selling process. It wasnt a great market but she guided us through it quite well. Then, when we found a buyer, she helped us to settle on a mutually agreeable price and conditions. Finally when it came time to sign things over, the title company we chose to use to sign over the house was hacked. Donna pulled out all the stops and set us up at a new title company so that we could finish things up. Very supportive, positive and dedicated.

It was my good fortune to work with Donna in selling my parent's home. Donna worked tirelessly to guide me in preparing the home for sale, to include identifying good contractors for repairs as needed. She was devoted to clear, concise, friendly and timely communication. She gave valued counsel regarding pricing. Her negotiation advice calmed my nerves. I had worked with Donna selling a home, then buying a home in 2018, and once again, selling the home purchased in 2018 in May of 2023. All these experiences were done professionally, courteously and candidly, working out the details of each of the sales. Choosing Donna to sell my home 5 years later was obvious, as she remembered my situation from before. I highly recommend her for her thorough knowledge of Front Range markets, and communication skills!
