Samantha and I train jiu-jitsu together but I was unaware of how great of a realtor she is until I saw a post she made on Instagram which sparked my interest and got the conversation started. I was interested in buying my first home and she was 100% all in to help me find the perfect place. I'm single and really wanted to get out of the renting business but knew I didn't want a large family home. She was so great in supporting me and guiding me to the perfect place even though I was in the market for a smaller home. Sam really went the extra mile in being available and working with my schedule even on a Sunday. She never pushed me into making an offer on anything, she was there to support me in my decision making and staying within my budget. In just a few days we were able to find the right place for the right price, make an offer and obtain the home in less than 30 days. She went to bat for me when the seller tried to nearly double the earnest money we had previously agreed to, getting it back to the original amount. I'm so happy to have used Sam as my agent in my first home buying process. I will definitely give her a call when I'm ready to purchase another home in the future. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Sam was awesome to work with! She really takes the time to listen and understand your wants/needs in a home. We looked at a bunch of homes but Sam approached us with one that she thought would be a perfect match for us and she was right! She was great throughout the whole process - quick to respond and provide updates and provided a lot of guidance. Would love to work with her again but I think she's found us our forever home!
