2022 Update: Well, make that a 4th mortgage with this terrific team! Nancy and Seromi were outstanding (especially after changing things a million times). We were able to be a cash offer up front which secured our new home. They are very responsive, quick to contact you back with the info you need. They are also highly creative in making sure you have the right financing the way you need it! 2019 post: Nancy, Jessica, and Premier Mortgage team have once again worked their magic to get us into a home. While moving from out of state back to Fort Collins, Nancy hustled to make sure she could meet with us when we were in town...even coming in on her weekend to crunch numbers. When we lost our first house through the home inspection process, Nancy was there to pick up the pieces and make the next house work. She was never frustrated, always positive, and kept us on track to getting the best rates. When she went away on vacation, Jessica stepped in and never missed a beat. I love that they truly work as a team. I never had to get Jessica caught up, we were the ones keeping up with her. It was obvious what a well oiled machine they had, keeping us in mind the whole time. While they are all business, they do it with kindness and heart. They know what a big deal a home purchase is and I appreciate how cared for we felt. This is our 3rd mortgage with them and while we hope it's our last, we wouldn't hesitate working with the team again - it's a no brainer!

Nancy and Cherry Creek Mortgage are great to work with. We decided to work with Cherry Creek Mortgage as they were able to complete the cash out refinance on a short timeline. They were thorough in their analysis and gathering of the information needed for us to complete the loan. We would easily work with them again.

I cannot even begin to describe how amazing it was working with Nancy on our mortgage! She is incredibly competent, has so much great experience, and is super communicative. As first-time home buyers, we were completely new to the process, but there wasn't a point where I felt like anything was out of control. Nancy always took the time to talk us through everything (sometimes more than once). She was super responsive to my phone calls and emails, too. Nancy really helped us to feel good about the home purchase we were making and I absolutely trust her. I'd definitely work with her again and would certainly refer friends to her in the future.
