Jiffy Lube Oil Change & Preventive Maintenance

I shared this review 3 years ago and it still holds true today. This location continues to set them apart from not just other oil change places, but even other Jiffy Lubes. Aprpreciate the care and efficiency you put into your service! 3 years ago - "Have used Jiffy Lubes in MI, IL, and CO. This location takes the service to a whole another level. We have a couple other Jiffy Lubes close to us, but we will drive the extra miles to come to this one."

I went there today and they are busy. I got my car back in 20 mins. Shane was really helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back!

UPDATE: The leadership team reached out to me the day I posted this and provided reimbursement for the damages incurred. I greatly appreciated this gesture. I visited this Jiffy Lube on 2/24/2024 ahead of a cross country road trip for an oil change and radiator fluid refresh. The next day, in the middle of rural Kansas, I started to hear an intermittent scraping sound. I pulled over to find that the undercarriage of my Nissan Rogue was not properly bolted back and was partially hanging off, and now severely damaged. I should have suspected something was wrong the moment the mechanic raced after me the day prior indicating they had forgotten to reinstall the radiator filter. I attempted to contact the store 3 times but have been unable to reach anyone. I have filed a complaint with Jiffy Lube corporate and await their reply, but will not be returning to this location, nor any Jiffy Lube as I now am facing $700+ in damages of the scraped parts and an extra mechanic visit to properly reinstall the parts.
