Chrissy is fabulous and found us the perfect home in a crazy competitive market. She understood what our needs were and worked within our budget and timeline to find us our home. Chrissy is an awesome realtor. She was able to get us $85K over asking for our condo and was really diligent in contacting the builder as we had a new home built in Lafayette so as you can imagine, 100 things are always happening and Chrissy was right there to assist. She attended everything with us, from looking at the home being built many times, to going to the design center, closing, and inspection. She recommended movers, inspectors, mortgage brokers, anything we needed. When we were closing on the sale of our condo, she explained all the paperwork in detail and was always very kind. I would recommend Chrissy to any of my friends looking for a realtor!
