        Overall it was a decent experience with Allcounty, but they let me down in two ways. They never informed me that I would be personally responsible for paying the tenants interest on their security deposit. For some unknown reason, they do not put deposits into an interest bearing account. So in my opinion they should have, and that was an unpleasant surprise. Why dont they pay the interest? They hold the deposit, I never touched it. I have no problem with paying the tenants interest, but thats what banks do. That really pissed me off. Secondly, they failed to enforce a no-pet policy. Tenants had a dog the whole time. When I brought this up (after tenants vacated I discovered this) they just shrugged. Didnt seem to care. I hire them to manage my property on my behalf, with my interests in mind. And basically, they didnt. Would never use them again.
