        Nothing was good about this experience. Over priced, then they couldnt take payment properly on their system. Sent me to a band only to come back and tell them their company took my money from the bank. They kept my taxes and money and never got back to me. Not only wasted time and over charged me but I quite literally have not got my taxes back and they definently received payment. The tax preparer was good but they have pictures of the money paid from bank to their company. SO now they have all of my personal info, have take money from me and I still have no taxes or a response from the company. Words cannot to describe how unprofessional and intrusive this entire experience has been. Just refund the money and I'll give you cash! I have proof it was paid to you company and so do you! This is absolutely highway robbery until it is fixed. At least have the decency to answer phone calls to this location or have SOMEBODY answer in their place.
