I went to the mall today with two friends and the lady there was very rude. My friend asked for her name; it was Carmen (though i dont trust her to be honest ab her name and is probably trashing on a kind coworker). When we walked in she did not greet us, only glared. At first I assumed she was just having a very bad day, but she continued to be unhelpful. When we asked to use the changing rooms she acted like we were inconveniencing her despite her just standing around. I tried to be understandable until I realized the top i purchased is stained. She very directly told me no discount and no return. The policy was displayed, but not noticeable and was hard to read. It was my bad, but I would find it much more helpful and transparent if she had told me in advance. She didnt offer me any other choice like an exchange or store credit, but it is what it is. My friend group at school is definitely annoyed by this. Me and my friends will for sure not be shopping there ever again.

Rude employees. Don't greet u when u come in and instead u get dirty looks while in store. I do not recommend
