Overall everything was fine. But this time I got pup cups for my son's and asked for just a little drizzle of chocolate on it, I have never been charged before from any location, yet this visit I was charged. I asked when it changed and he said that was the rules....again never encountered this at other locations.

I come here a few times per week and order from here all the time. Today however while I was in my car still figuring out what we wanted, someone knocked on my car window to inform me that I'm not allowed to just sit here. Usually they're friendly, and I really don't appreciate being treated that way,especially as a regular here.

I ordered coffee from here a few days ago. My coffee was incorrect but they were really nice about correcting it. After looking at my Starbucks app when I ordered I had a free pick your perk coffee that you get monthly. I specifically asked for that to be used because I knew it was going to expire the next day. After looking in my app the barista used my stars instead of my free pick your perk. So now Im out 200 stars and I didnt even get to take advantage of the free coffee. Super frustrating especially because i had to call to get my first coffee corrected and then to find out they still messed up.
