United Air Duct Cleaning

Called to make an appointment, was easy. Quoted $99 for dryer and $199 for basic air duct cleaning. Technician showed up, told us air ducts didn't need deep cleaning. Shortly afterwards, text arrived from company (called Fresh Air First (?)) saying we did need deep cleaning for $399 + $157 for additional air returns. After some research (and confusion on which company this is) we declined and chose basic only. Company called and talked for 5min straight trying to sell me on deep cleaning. Eventually had to get them off the phone and tell them we wanted basic only. Felt like a scam. No idea really, but did not like the heavy sales tactic over the phone or the mismatch between the technician and the salesperson. Also, which company is this??

They provided courteous service and excellent quality duct cleaning for my house. They showed me the large amount of dust being removed from the vents, and the quality of the air in the house is now much improved. Highly Recommended.
