        Beware!...The customer service has been increasingly atrocious for a long-time client of Gallagher with home and auto insurance. Phone calls were not returned and representatives would not work with me on improving coverage to meet current needs. This is a very disorganized operation and the Broomfield and Estes Park, Colorado offices were not representing the culture and customer-centric way of doing business articulated in company branding. I'd look elsewhere for your insurance needs as I did!
