        Ordered for delivery at work My ticket plainly shows with pinto beans the bowl had none! And The surf and turf bowl was very skimpy and super bland!!! I asked for extra rice and didn't feel like there was extra rice in there!!

        Went to Qdoba at 92nd and Sheridan. The person in front of me waited a significant time, while it appeared that they were preparing for a catering order. I got a bowl, the rice was dry, crispy and clumped together. The cilantro in it looked old, dark green, to the point I was picking it out. For ordering a meal around noon, all the ingredients seem old, like left over from the night before. I have had better experiences at other Qdobas, and will be going to them and will not be revisiting this Qdoba again.

        The young lady "Sylvia" who took my order was very helpful. She didn't rush me at all while guiding me through my indecisiveness. (Yes... I am one of those people) She is the apitome of customer service. I can't remember the last time I received such great service. Thank you
