Aaron, Brandon and the entire Staufer team deserve a 10-star review. My wife and I embarked on our 1st home purchase journey on 16 December 2023. As is probably often the case, we had some unrealistic expectations and lacked the knowledge necessary at the time. We reached out to a couple of lenders and due to a recommendation of a close friend Elevations Credit Union was on the list. We quickly realized the drastic differences in communication and service we received from the different lenders. Some only sent form emails and could never be reached by phone. Or they did not respond in any reasonable amount of time or at all. But, from my first conversation (nearly 2 years before) when I just had basic questions about a future home purchase that my wife and I were considering, Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable and he answered his phone! The service and online mortgage hub made the process very simple. Also, every time I had questions, Aaron or Brandon would always answer and give me clear and correct information no matter how small the question and I had a LOT of questions. I never felt like I was bothering them, and they always had time to talk to me. I spoke with Brandon multiple times on very lengthy phone calls and always hung up feeling good about the conversation. Beyond the impeccable people skills that these gentlemen possess, I truly believe that their knowledge and acumen are unmatched. We had them working on 3 separate contracts before we finally got to closing on 1 March 2024, one single family home, one condo and finally the perfect townhouse. Over the 3+ months we were trying to get our home they consistently exceeded our expectations. Although my experience in acquiring such a large loan is limited, based on the comfort and support they offered alone, I believe it would be difficult to find a better lender in Colorado.
