I am one year post op, and the care and service that I received during and after my procedure have been fantastic. I think that the deciding factor was that they guarantee their work, so if you aren't satisfied, they will work with you to make you happy. Now, I am fully aware that means they my not be able to do what everything the client asks due to medical and other limitations, but that hasn't been and issue for me. I would choose to put the money and time into this over and over. It was a game changer for me.

My stars are based ONLY on initial contact with Sono Bello, not any contact during an appointment. What I find is any company that refuses to give any details of any procedure is rated poor in my book. That it's all based on "too many factors" to give an accurate estimate. Yes, everyone is different, and needs different procedures. Based on some of the reviews on this site this will be too pressured for me. I want to make a decision with a facility that makes me comfortable, and I've not been made to feel that way, and I've not even walked into an office. The last thing that I noticed that puts up a red flag, none of the reviews are more current than a year ago.
I will not be attending my appointment nor do I want to ever be contacted by this company again.

Meh. Underwhelmed
I dont love that you dont get to meet your surgeon until you have committed your money, as well as you dont get to see the facilities either. They stuffed you in a tiny small office in the opposite direction of the surgery center for a consult. For being a medical procedure they did your typical height and weight BMI. When Im paying for a service based on your BMI doing the height and weight guess is definitely not fair. I have a more muscular build & my BMI is definitely not 30 as they said that I was despite being just under 5 foot at 150 pounds. For a cosmetic and beauty industry I was definitely underwhelmed with the facilities the presentation of the services as well as the staffs overall appearance. I know that sounds really rude and judgmental that their appearance should have any factor to do with my review. however if Im paying in upwards of 10 grand to have a phenomenal body I would hope that they would invest in their staff to have the same professional appearance. The whole experience felt very claustrophobic and very small beans for the amount of money that they expect you to shell out. A tiny little waiting room in a tiny little consult area in a building with several non medical offices was just not what I was expecting. I came with the intention of spending cash and definitely was quoted about three grand higher than anyone else that I knew. She told me it was my BMI. If youre going to make me pay based on BMI then give me an accurate reading. Bone structure muscle and water weight are not accounted for on a scale.
