        Kris Pipkin Supv Customer Services has locate my package that was lost for weeks then said will apply the correct unit# and will be out for delivery. Few days passed still no package. I sent an email to Kris to see if I can pick up my package instead but never got any response. tracked the package online and it was delivered in New Jersey. Thanks Kris you have done a great customer service! What a joke!
