I decided to try Frank Duran after realizing that my previous Realtor couldve done things a lot better over the years. I was immediately impressed with Franks extreme knowledge of everything real estate. He explained tactical approaches and tricks of the trade that my previous Realtor had never spoken of. He was very thorough in his explanations, gave great examples and analogies, and did everything possible to get my house out there to maximize exposure. He faithfully called me twice a week for updates and always had time to answer questions. Frank was very easy to work with, always had backup plans for his strategies, and fully lives up to his name as The Real Estate Man. I had strong confidence in him from the start. Despite the market being slow and also wintertime, Frank sold my house within the predicted timeframe. I highly recommend him.

October 12, 2023 To Whom It May Concern: You know, you deal with certain people in your life that you only hope will follow through with what they say they will do. I can, wholeheartedly, without one bit of hesitation, say that Frank Duran (and his team) came through for us 100%. When my mom passed away in August, my husband and I were faced with selling her home. We live hours away from her home and were not sure what realtor to reach out to. I did some research on Google and came across Frank Duran, the Real Estate Man. I was impressed with what I read, but you never know (I tend to be rather skeptical of people I dont know)... I reached out to him and he responded very quickly. I explained our situation, and he made me feel comfortable immediately. He put many of my worries to rest and has made good on every single thing he promised. I dont know when this man sleeps as he seems to be constantly on top of everything that needs to get done. He has always had our best interests at heart and has been a wealth of knowledge, experience, insight, and information. He is incredibly responsive, honest, and professional. We simply cannot say enough positive things about him as a person and as our realtor. Over the years, we have bought and sold numerous homes in two states and have had good and not so good realtors. Frank Duran is, by far, hands down, the BEST realtor we have dealt with. We appreciate his help so much, and obviously recommend him.
