Almost a full year since contract signature, and nearly three months after panels were installed, they sit dormant on our roof. We are not properly connected with Xcel since the install failed inspection and the project is still not complete. Photon has stepped on the rake at every opportunity. Im not confident that the project will ever be completed. Avoid at all costs.

I want to give these folks a better rating, as the salesperson and the actual installers were good. Unfortunately William our project manager was terrible at communicating, & throughout the project he seemed to know the least of all parties involved. Zero communication ahead of time! How does he have a job there, I am not the first person to comment on this! I am one month from our last communication, theyve collected all their money now, and he still doesn't even know whether we passed inspection which happened 6 weeks ago. Pathetic

Photon Brothers installed solar panels for us a few years ago, and we recently decided to add more panels, along with a Powerwall & EV charger. Their customer service and communication was excellent, and when we had more detailed technical questions, we talked to one of their senior engineers. The system passed inspection with no issues, and all is working well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Terrible, terrible company and people. They just lie and lie and lie. They ruined our roof installing the panels and refused to pay for the damages because it was already an old roof even after telling us our roof was in fine shape for installation. They also refused to remove and reinstall the panels when we did get our roof fixed unless we paid them almost $9000. The cherry on top is that they breached our contract by not installing part of the system and then lied by saying it was impossible to install on our house when in reality it would have just been more work than they wanted to actually do. Currently pursuing legal options. DO NOT use this company. Edit: Your reply is yet another LIE!!! We only chose to use a different company AFTER you repeatedly refused to work with us. Your hands were not tied, you just refused to comply with the legally binding contract that we both signed. So, we took our business elsewhere and are extremely happy to never have to work with you again. But now that we have record of you lying to us again in your response, itll make this whole legal process a lot easier. So, thanks for that!
