    Stay away from here if you can. Rude, unreliable and they argue with customers. Its a mystery how they can operate as a business. Use another tow service if possible.

    Very bad service. Waited over an hour and half, and when I called the driver, he gave me attitude. He said I cancel then you will wait more. What an attitude

    When I went to clarify that James (the tech) wouldnt be just putting on my spare tire bc first person I spoke to said it would not be. And James got upset saying you just expect me to buy you a new tire and when I said no I dont know how that works I can change my spare myself I just thought they would have a new tire or something else I got hung up on. Response to the owner: thats why I said I was clarifying with James because I was told through my insurance that would have been a new tire. There was no need for him snap to a conclusion when I said thats not what I was told.

Sorry, you don't understand how roadside assistance works. You should have clarified with you provider prior to putting in your claim. We certainly do not appreciate your disrespect towards any of our techs and do not expect them to continue to be respectful towards you when you can't not do the same. Please next time you request roadside assistance do not request us, because you are not the kind of customers we serve.
