Brian, the owner couldn't get to our wood floor refinish project for 4 months so we waited (since his reviews were good). While we waited, he said he would give us a sample of the new color for our flooring so we gave him our last piece of wood (that was the same finish as our existing floors). He lost the piece of wood for the sample and said he needed to get his guys "working again" and wanted to skip giving us any sample or idea of a new color - no apology for loosing our last piece we had hoped to keep for replacement of a damaged piece. Brian hired two guys to work for him and was only on the job once for about 5 minutes during the two weeks. His guys said he treated them poorly and they were working on starting their own company. The finished product looked good, however he refused to finish the job. The edges need filling but he said he had to move on to "another job". The filler in the wood has now disintegrated and looks terrible. Brian refuses to come look at it and says it is "natural". I get that wood expands and contracts, but I was hoping Brian could explain what could be done about it. He said he would offer a discount on costs to repair the filler but decided against it since my questioning the job "didn't motivate him" to do anything for me. This guy is out to make a quick buck and not interested in doing a good job and doesn't stand behind his work. I am sure there are other more responsible wood floor contractors in the area!

We had some floors that were in pretty rough shape and they look incredible now. Brian was easy to work with and he was even willing to make some fixes to mitigate flaws from the original installation 16 years ago. We are happier with our floors today then we were when they were originally installed. Thank you!
