Very cold room and bathroom which the radiator wouldnt heat properly and a restaurant so cold you had to wear a coat and hat while eating. They wont even let you have a drink in the sitting room by the fireplace to warm up. No soundproofing so you heard loud voices all night in hallway and car doors slamming outside. The charm fades quickly when you shiver the whole time there and lack sleep due to noise for almost $150 a night. The internet lags making it impossible to watch a movie on the room tv as it reboots every 30 seconds. Very poor lighting made it difficult to see let alone read in the room. Overall I felt catfished and ripped off by this place.

I stayed with my family, The best place to stay as it is located in a valley surrounded by mountains and the hotel is very good and clean. Restaurant also available.
