Kolton was a stellar broker to work with. He helped us get locked into a mortgage in a time of rapidly rising interest rates. My girlfriend and I were able to purchase our first home in a beautiful part of Colorado because of his hard work. Hes easy to get ahold of any time you have questions and will patiently explain any part of the home buying and mortgage application process with you. The best! If I could give Kolton Morrison 10 stars I would. Here is why - professional, competent, knowledgeable, always kind, answers a million questions without making you feel inept. The best part? This was the easiest re-fi by far. From the first phone call to docs signed and closed - it was less than 3 weeks and there was a holiday thrown in there somewhere. Hes A+, we highly recommend.
