Maria has now represented my husband and I in 3 real-estate transactions (2 purchases and 1 sale) and we having nothing but rave reviews. Maria is unbelievably knowledgeable of the roaring fork valley and makes sure to listen to our needs and budgets. She works diligently to make sure all steps in the transaction are on track, and that nothing slips through the cracks. Our favorite quality in Maria is her passion and devotion in protecting her clients by ensuring that negotiations are fair market value and that her clients are not taken advantage of.
