We've been using Frailey Roofing since we moved into our house over 7 years ago and have always been extremely happy with the quality of their work, their determination to always make it right and their fantastic customer service. This past week while on vacation, our houseguests told us that the hail and rain tore a hole in our membrane roof and that we had a leak that shorted out our smoke detector. Within hours of calling them they were at our home and up on the roof as it was getting dark. They were obviously busy from helping others that day in the same predicament but still made us a priority before nightfall. They stopped the leak that night then returned the next day to complete a full patch and repair. Not only is their service like this impeccable, they are also friendly and easy to communicate and work with. Thank you Randy, Angela and the rest of the team for all you do for us.
