We were struggling to find someone who could take care of our business needs the past couple of years and we're more than grateful to have found him and his business. We save so much time by not having the burden of scrutinizing our numbers and taxes. As they say, time is money! Don is efficient, easy to work with, and knows his stuff. We highly recommend him!

After several challenging and lackluster years of different accountants we found Don Dickey and Juvotax and have been thrilled so far. We have a number of business and personal returns and Don has been incredibly responsive, competent and helpful. This has been a breath of fresh air after years of difficulties with accountants.

I rarely take the time to write negative reviews unless I think that the general public needs to be warned of predatory, inept or wildly inconsiderate business practices. Please cross-reference with my review history which is 90% five stars. With that being said, Don has made the last few weeks of my life a living hell. I sent my tax documents to Don on March 4th, 5 weeks before the April 15th deadline. I followed up two weeks later to get an update to find out that he hadn't started yet but said he would start in the coming days. I followed up 2 weeks after that to find that Don was going to have to file an extension. I reluctantly agreed to file an extension to Oct 17th. Come SEPTEMBER I followed up with Don to see the status of my returns. At this point Don had my tax docs in his possession for 6 months!! Don said that my taxes were more complex than he remembered, he had Covid and brain fog and that he didn't think he'd be well enough to complete them over the next 5 weeks.  He suggested I start looking for a new CPA. Did he have Covid for the 5 months since we filed an extension?? I've called 14 CPAs last week and have been unable to find someone taking on new clients. I'm taking off a day this week for the sole purpose of calling accountants. If my taxes were too complex or you simply didn't want to do them, that should've been addressed immediately upon me sending my tax docs to you, not 5 weeks before the extension deadline. Be careful in putting any trust in Juvotax or you might be in my shoes, frantically calling CPAs 5 months after taxes are due.
