My sons battery died and the next morning I called EAS and they took us right away. The price for replacing and installing the new battery was very fair.

What struck me the most is how nice the folks are at EAS. Even while I was waiting in the lobby, listening to staff talking to customers on the phone, very pleasant. And for what I visited for, well seems they did a great job with the alignment. I was happy to be advised, but not pressured into, other services my truck was due for, and pleased for the extensive report of the condition of various items on the vehicle. Good People, Good Service. I will visit again.

I went in for a simple oil change on my Mercedes. After having my car for a handful of hours the shop called and let me know of the major damage on my right and left struts. They advised that this would be upwards of $3,600 and that the car could see more damage if driven in its current condition(tried to get me to rent a loaner car). They said the following day theyd have the right parts in and everything would be repaired that same day. That next day they didnt even have the parts delivered, so I took the car to a Mercedes shop in Parker ran by a family friend and there was NO DAMAGE! Car was completely fine, no strut damage. So either this shop is ran by incompetence and ignorance, or thieves and liars. Either way I wont be returning or recommending this place to ANYONE !

So I went to EAS Tire and Auto last week to get an oil change. I saw that they do a deep wellness dive into each car. Not only did they catch the issues I was aware of, but they also found and explained why, and how those issues tied into performance challenges with my car. They also fixed two small things one of which they did not mention. Both were there when I went in and gone when I left. When I returned to pay David explained we will always try TO FIX the issue before we replace a part. We can't always fix but that's where we start. I know that sounds like a jingle so he probably didn't say it exactly like that but it was close. I am loyal to people if they earn my loyalty and the repair company I used lasted for 5 years and 10s of thousands of dollars. I am now an EAS customer and am headed back next month to knock out a major repair.
