Steam King Inc

We selected Steam King as they were the company recommended for required carpet cleaning in our lease, and they were very easy to book with. As such, I can only assume that they have cleaned our specific unit or units like it in the past. Despite that, and what we said when calling them, when the cleaners showed up, they seemed to be completely blindsided by our apartment layout and had to figure out a solution to get their hoses up to the apartment. Then, the balcony that they selected to run the hoses through had a little bird's nest on it, which they noticed and commented on. However, when I returned after the cleaning, the doors were closed in such a way as to drop the bird's nest 3 stories onto the concrete below. The cleaners that showed up were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, but between the fact that they were unprepared for our apartment, and the lack of care shown with the bird's nest, I can't in good conscience give more than 3 stars. Edit: The owner contacted my sister shortly after this review was posted. While we're still very saddened about the loss of the birds, we understand that it was an honest accident caused by someone who is still learning and who might not have seen the nest. Oh well, it's a learning experience! We really appreciate the owner reaching out and knowing that it wasn't just a lack of care. With regards to the first part of the post, there were complicating factors that made our apartment harder than they expected to clean so it is understandable that they had a difficult time running the hoses. My advice to other people in apartments is to consider ahead of time how they might be able to run hoses from the curb to your apartment.

I highly recommend this business!! He has steam cleaned 2 of our houses. Bryon accommodated my stressed-out schedule without a hitch. The upstairs and downstairs carpets were older and stained. The rooms smell fresh again, and the carpets look like new. His charge was extremely reasonable. You can't go wrong with choosing Steam King Inc.! Service: Carpet steam cleaning

Brian is an excellent professional. Competent, straight forward and do his job with excellence. It's an easy person to deal, and you can be assured your carpet will be with a brand new looking every time he works on it! I recommend without any doubt.
