STEPPING STONE TO LEARN LIFE SKILLS..... You will need to have a strong personality to work here and the willingness to keep to yourself. Team work could be stronger here but you are as strong as your leader. No one is perfect and you will learn what not to do in future positions. And always keep in mind that HR is there for the company and to weed out the non Kool aid drinkers. If you are self taught, and don't mind confrontation this may be a good fit.

Not happy with our assessments or the service. My partner and I purchased the ergonomic assessments earlier in the year. We were told we would get customized plans, and what we were given were some general worksheets that anyone can find on the internet. When I brought it up with our specialist she said we were supposed to get a customized report, which took even longer to receive. When we finally got it, it wasn't much help. I learned maybe one or two small things I didn't already know, everything else was pretty standard. The report didn't look very professional either. Finally when it was time to pay I asked if I can pay by credit card and they said no. I asked how we can pay and they gave no response for another 10 days. I asked again and they said to send a check. What kind of company doesn't have multiple payment options? I haven't needed checks for over a decade. Also I shouldn't have to hound them to tell me how to pay them. Everything about this experience was terrible and I wouldn't waste my money with it again.
