The eye exam results showed that my vision was basically the same as it was 2 years ago. Reading Glasses. Sara tried to upsell me with the polycarbonate lenses instead of regular plastic lenses. I don't need glasses for driving; and yet she insisted that I should get the more expensive glasses to protect my eyes in case I get into a car accident. She also wanted to add protection from blue light, glare, and scratch resistance. I told her that I keep my reading glasses in the protected case that they came in, and only take them out to read fine print on labels or menus. Then I put the glasses back into the case when I'm done with them. I told her that I just wanted reading glasses with the frame I picked out. She added "everything" up, and said that I owed around $135 (even with my $200 insurance allowance). I paid for the exam, and walked out.

Jeremy helped my husband find his glasses and was so great we made an appointment for our kids! He was again, super helpful and friendly! Our family highly recommends this office! Everyone is so kind and helpful.

I had a horrible experience with a female was in to get my glasses adjusted bcause normally I deal with Jeremy and he wasn't available and I forgot that he doesn't work on Mondays and just the way she conducted herself was very rude and aggressive and I do not appreciate that whatsoever...

Jeremy is always taking care of my mom and I, the Drs are always nice, and they have great glasses!
