    This Invested Property group has been awful to me. I rented a property the shower knobs fell off, the freezer was broken, they wouldn't even give me a fob to get into the mailbox. The mailbox key didn't work anyway. I was told it's my responsibility to get everything re-keyed. What an eye opening experience, now they will not and refuse to give me back my deposit. I provided you the insurance policy, you never asked for my daughter Stephanie to be on the policy, until after the lease was signed very unprofessional, also you maintenance just reached out for the first time on Monday April 8th.

    Very nice property. Doesn't seem to be a streamline of communication. We were given certain requirements that we met, so we paid and applied just to be denied because of specifications that were not clarified in advance. Was told there would be no refunds for application fee.

    Thank you IPM! Eric, Eli, and Catherine have all been very responsive, easy to work with, and knowledgeable any time I've needed them. The whole IPM team does a great job of meeting my need as an owner by being responsive and providing an accurate accounting of activity while charging fair rates. They do a great job of meeting the needs of my tenants as well by offering me sound advice on selection and additional property investment. Thank you all and I look forward to 2024 with you!

    If youre a renter run as fast as you can in the other direction. These people are crooks and they treat tenants like complete trash! All you have to do is read their responses to their bad reviews to see how they treat people. Run!!!

Suzanne, you and your adult daughter Stephanie signed a lease and refused to provide renter's insurance for both parties, which is a requirement of most landlords in Colorado. Yes, you sign a lease that states you are required to provide renter's insurance, then once signed we ask you for a copy of that insurance... very simple and very straight forward. Come to find out you two had a fight and she refused to move in to the property, so you have chosen the route of using small inconveniences as a manipulative way to get out of your lease. The Fob you requested was provided by the HOA, but you were nowhere to be found as you had already started moving out. A broken handle on the shower would have been fixed immediately had you answered your phone from our handyman. Regardless off all this, we're happy to go separate ways and allow you out of your lease. You have been out of the property for 10 days and at no point did we state we would not return your deposit, but we do need your forwarding address and you need to understand deposits are generally processed in 30-60 days in Colorado depending on your lease.. not 2 days later as you demanded. Your situation dictated your issues, throwing shade on the team that went out of their way to help you through all of this is far from accurate and again, manipulative.

Hi Brenae, our pre-screening, website and application process and all state that tenants are required to a minimum have credit over 600. Our leasing agent also explained this to you at the property. Your roommate did not meet this requirement and we cannot move forward. This was explained at length as confirmed in our documentation and done so in quick order by our staff, I don't see what else would be expected here but feel free to contact our office with further clarification. We wish you the best, we cannot treat your application different than others.

Sorry for your frustrations, we understand renting a property remotely can be challenging. We absolutely do not rent to tenants that have not seen the property in person. You rushed to throw in an application from 1,000's of miles away without knowing the property or our terms, you simply saw a few photos online and a low price, submitted your application which very clearly states 4 times that it is non-refundable, and then proceeded to call every single person in our office including myself whom answered your call, demanding a lease... this relationship was certainly not going to work. There are plenty of Apartment buildings in the area that might.. just not us. We wish you the best in your move to Colorado.
