        Beware! We worked with Jeff during our house purchase. He is tough to work with and severely struggles with communication. You will spend immense effort repeating your questions and requests. Interactions are unprofessional to say the least. Jeff hides information which can hinder a purchase or sell of a home. As a small positive, his boss Dave seems helpful for addressing frequent behavioral issues. Be careful! This one is slippery. I would not recommend.
