    Kendra Ranaldi was the agent assisting us with our home. She is very unprofessional not sure how she got the job. She was very flirtatious with my husband made me so uncomfortable that we decided to leave she didnt seem like she wanted to take this seriously except what was in my husband's pants. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this real estate agency not sure if there scammers or just doing some thing nasty can't be trusted.

    There is a list of things that went wrong, especially addressing concerns was not possible to anyone. We got lied to several times and when we tried to look for help we didnt get any. My last review showed how upset we were.

    We were first time home buyers and trusted Michaels judgment and recommendations for inspectors and contractors prior to purchase. The inspector that Michael highly suggested and personally vouched for was garbage. Ultimately he had a sale in mind and thats all, and its extremely suspect that the one person standing in the way of a sale is also the person that Michael suggested be the one we rely on. Somehow this inspector managed to miss that the lines to the internet and swamp cooler were cut, that the wiring throughout the house had to be completely redone because of exposed wires in the attic, that the garage door was hooked up to an inoperable battery, that the bathroom water line was incorrectly hooked up and has to have the pipes redone to fix a drip, that the kitchen light wasnt wired (he thought it was a bad lightbulb), that a third of the doors had unfixable bottom hinge connections that require a door replacement, that all of the ceiling fans in the house were incorrectly installed, that the bathroom flooring is buckling from an incorrect installation, that the backyard gate had the wire cut and is inoperable, and so much more. Half of the contractors he said he would arrange to satisfy what we asked to have done before purchase (which only included a few things that were in the inspectors recommendation of what needed to be fixed) for things like plumbing and door replacements never came through. All around, the work that Michael said would be no problem with his contractor connections as he tried to rush a sale ended up being a nightmare. Will this company finish a sale? Yes. But dont trust them or anyone they highly recommend for anything other than getting those sale papers in front of you.
