If I can give this property negative stars - unsafe AND unlivable situation. Parking lot not having lights at night even during winter, door of apartment not opening and essentially having you stuck in your own apartment, heater going out in the middle of winter, and oh, did I mention the homeless people AND shooting in the complex? No thank you.

Just speaking with the leasing agent, I can tell how this place is run. She was beyond disrespectful on the phone telling me its a simple question to how much my budget is. For one I was driving and not too focused on the conversation, then when I told her Id call her back, she laughed. Do not work in customer service if you do not know how to talk to people with human decency.

I don't even live here but I can tell it's not a great place to live. I scheduled a tour appointment this past weekend and was given MULTIPLE confirmation texts and emails and even corresponded with one of the leasing office members about my tour. When I showed up for my tour the leasing office was closed for the holiday weekend. Usually this wouldn't be a problem, but for the office to confirm our appointment while they knew their office was going to be closed was pretty rude. Why would you allow someone to schedule an appointment when you know you're not going to be there? My partner and I sat outside for several minutes in the freezing cold before we gave up. And I still have not received an apology call or email from this place and they won't answer their phones. I don't need to tour this place to know that it won't be a good place to live. If they treat their future residents like this then how are they treating their current ones?
