At first my room was misassigned, and I was upset. But the hotel did all they could to reprimand and i am happy with the outcome. Will return soon. Adam the manager is very kind. The desk attendants are all kind. Great location. Comfortable rooms.

Staff is very nice but I hated my stay. I called them multiple times to keep them updated and let them know I was running late so they could hold the room I specifically wanted. They ended up giving me a handicapped room although I paid for one with a balcony and Im not even handicapped.. - beds are very hard/stiff and uncomfortable. - housekeeping is terrible. I dropped a few drops of liquid eyeliner on the floor and when they came to clean they barely cleaned it. Its not even waterproof either its just drugstore makeup lol and you can clearly still see it on the floor. - the pillow cases had stains on them. - there was a huge wet spot on the carpet - the a/c barely works so the room was pretty hot the whole time. - extremely limited channels. - the Wi-Fi is so bad. You can barely load up anything with it so if you have to work remotely I dont suggest this place at all. - parking can get packed easily but it wasnt too bad. - theres brown soot leaking on the ceiling above the shower and the shower tiles are cracked and barely repaired which is crazy cause you know they have the money to fix it properly lol its a HAMPTON . - trash cans are super super tiny and have super weak cheap bags. - pool and hot tub were closed the entire week due to maintenance - they didnt have creamer the ENTIRE week for coffee. - barely had breakfast. Didnt have yogurt almost the whole week either. Ill never stay here again. Theres definitely better options close by or airbnbs for the same price.
