Staff was mostly friendly, some were in training so just had to be patient which is fine. Although the location was convenient, I rate 2 stars because of major problems: rooms had mold on the walls, ceilings, and curtains, multiple towels had hair from other guests, no WiFi, and had to go downstairs and luggage up an iron board since the room didn't have one. I think it may be hard for them to work on these things as it appears the whole building seems either unkept or older. However, if you're looking for a place to crash then night and is conveniently located and cheaper than others, this may be an option.

This motel is a great value for the price. The staff especially Abby, Juanita, and Shanel were very kind and helpful when I needed it the most. The rooms are clean and everything worked. The TV was good quality with good movie channels. Would recommend to others wanting a room for the night or longer

Things I expected/didn't surprise me at a Rodeway Inn: -Everything looked like it needed a fresh coat of paint -Bed was not particularly soft -Small bathroom -Windows had cracks -I've had softer floors for pillows Things that I didn't expect and why I give it 1 star: -Wifi was broken for my entire stay (3 nights) -Of the 6 lights in the room, only 4 of them turned on. Thankful one of those was the bathroom -Heat was either on full blast or off, no middle settings. -Hot water pressure and volume was so low I could fill a cup faster from the sink than the bathtub. -Only only outlet was past the foot of the bed, phone cable did not reach me in bed while charging. -The chain lock was broken and there was no other lock besides the built-in deadbolt. Noteworthy details: *click* oh, why didn't the light turn on? Huh, must be broken. Let me try another one. -Repeat 3 more times-

Rooms: Very old and decrepit rooms, clogged sink, and mold all around the bath/shower (room 101). Sketchy property to say the least. Internet wasn't working, plus we had to call the front desk to have the people above us be quiet. Sounded like they were building something and rolling rocks around til late. The only positive was the day and night clerks..friendly and helpful for what they had to work with.
