Had them install a furnace in 2019 and now I can't get ahold of them. My furnace is acting up. Hoping for some contact.

Very friendly on the phone and when they come to the house, it's getting the follow though complete. Office lady has told me many times she would call my back.... no call back. I call and its was pass on to Ronny, no call from Ronny. I would call to schedule a time then I would get a call back, that it was schedule already on a different day but was not put in the notes. I did get the phone call from the owner 1 time, when he thought I was not going to pay them.
Wish they talked to each other better.
They went out of business and handed everything to One Source Home Services.

This company ended up destroying my system. They sold me a 4 year warranty that they didn't honor. The company that took over their book of clients is unethical and tries to tell you you have to replace your whole system when it is not needed.

I had my furnace installed 14 months ago and today it is dead as a door nail. I paid extra for an extended warranty that was supposed to cover everything for 3 years. Today I found out that this company has disappeared completely, which means I absolutely threw my money away on a new furnace and a warranty that is WORTHLESS. The company they transferred their clients to refuses any warranty work. This seems like it should be illegal to take money and disappear! Additionally, they never cleaned my vents like they were supposed to and I also discovered that the inspection was never completed. ABSOLUTE SCAM and am left without heat and more out of pocket expenses for their poor work and leaving customers literally out in the cold. Service: Heating system installation

Our furnace went out on a very cold day. This company came to help us on Christmas Day. I was so grateful! It turned out we needed a new furnace because the one we had was over 15 years old. The people that came somehow made it so we had adequate heat until they came the next day to replace the furnace. They came on time replaced the furnace fast. It made such a difference to not just have professionals fix our furnace but friendly service. When it came time to pay the rest of the bill I talked to the friendliest gal! Not only did she let us know everything was repaired but she set up the appointment with the city to inspect our new furnace. I would never call any other company for a furnace or air conditioning problem. They are the best!
