        DO NOT go through this agent, office, or staff. They are completely incompetent. They lack knowledge of basic insurance information. They cannot explain your coverage to you in detail, they respond with I dont know. Its almost like its an inconvenience to them when you call and request a breakdown or explanation of benefits. In addition to the horrible customers service, I have definitely felt the racism. It is a sad day when I would even have to say that but I KNOW when a human being is rude or spiteful for no reason. Si eres hispano, no pierdas tu tiempo con esta agente, no sirve.
