    I just recently utilized Springs Insurance Brokers, and I was thrilled with my experience. Heather was awesome, she responded quickly and had new policies written up for me within a day! Turns out I was paying way too much for home and auto so Im thrilled to start saving some money. Trust me instead of trying to find the best rate yourself, you want to utilize them!

    I had been with SIB since I moved here, but the service started to deteriorate over time and when I got the call from a competitor with cheaper rates it was a no brainer.

    The worst company I have ever done business with. My payment sky rocketed up in the middle of my policy with the most obscene reason why. The math made no sense. Even the other employee agreed it made no sense when we broke down the math together. Watch out working for Heather!!

    Harassment! I was not going to leave a detailed review, because if you read the negative comments about heather (the owner), it's going to say pretty much the same thing! Rude, condescending, arrogant and unprofessional. Right when she answered the phone and I explained my situation, I had the phone on speaker phone because I was cooking, but everyone inside of the room heard the exasperation in her voice. Like I was asking her to go out of the guidelines of what her job entails, when all I was asking to do was to be shopped around for a quote on full coverage. JUST to get a quote on full coverage I was told it was going to take hours, so she would contact me later in the day. She took down no personal details, but eventually got back to me and told me that I should stick with the policy I already have. If she would have asked me for those details she would have known that I was on a completely different type of insurance policy and that wasn't an option. Eventually I was told that I basically had no options with an insurance company unless I went with a 6-month payment of around $2,000, even though I had just got off the phone with a couple of other insurance brokers (which only took 5 to 10 minutes, NOT HOURS) and I was given multiple reasonable quotes from different insurance. Once I caught the drift that she didn't want to do her job I decided to just let it go and posted the one-star review. Since then she has sent me emails, and when I didn't respond to her emails she sent me direct messages to my phone. It's comparative to one of the negative reviews on here where her husband jumped in and started jumping down someone's throat for leaving a bad review on her customer service etiquette. Hence the 1 star review. You'll definitely get better customer service elsewhere and you may end up leaving with the insurance that you are looking for. P.S Heather, the woman that you are going off on in the reviews is actually my TEENAGE daughter who I was making the call for because I bought her a vehicle off the lot and I'm planning on having it parked until she finishes her driving classes and converts her permit into a regular license. NOT acceptable. Which is just another example of how you need to work on your customer service skills, ESPECIALLY when you are the owner!

Alyvia Selena Peters and Joshua Straley I reviewed your call and your email chain with my agency and everything sounded like a normal conversation. You called in and we gathered information to run an auto insurance quote. We shopped around for you and because of your situation none of my preferred companies would offer you a quote and we could only get a standard rate. We recommended that you stay with Dairyland and call them to add your 2021 Honda. We do not control the rates or the insurance company's underwriting guidelines. What we do is shop around for our clients to make sure that they are getting the best rate and the proper coverage. I am sorry that we could not help you find a better rate. If you would like to discuss this, you can return our calls and emails. Sorry that you are not happy with the outcome of us shopping for you but I do not believe we deserve this 1 star.

Well I looked into the reason your rate went up. When you started the policy you agreed to the Intellidrive app which saved you $576 but then you did not download the app so the discount was removed by Travelers.
