Repair and annual service on two gas fireplaces by Jessie.  Outstanding, careful, detailed tech.  Takes about an hour each.  Only issue was he missed the time expectation due to previous call and failed to have cell service to call.  A no mess visit!

This company is tops in everything - knowledge, expertise, and customer care.  They not only carry everything you need, they make themselves available and go out of their way to serve you.  The installed a new gas line for us and connected it to a new gas range and a new gas fireplace.  They handled all permits and the inspection.  We were very happy with their products and service.  Jessie was terrific, as was Kevin.  We recommend this company without hesitation.

This company consistently does a great job servicing our gas fireplace and has for the last 4 years. Our last service by Jessie yesterday was hands down the best! He made the insert look like new! I cannot recommend this company enough!

Henry is the absolute BEST and the individuals with whom I've spoken on the phone have also been great.We moved here several years ago and the old style Regency gas fireplace with electronic ignition was not functioning properly.I called around and chose Fireplace Warehouse ETC to come have a look after my HVAC tech struggled with it and was unable to determine the cause of various intermittent problems. Henry figured out the problems and got it straightened out. Now he services it for us annually to keep it in good working condition.Thanks Henry for keeping our old unit going!! We appreciate you.
