We went to them to refinance because they were local. Luck of the draw..we were assigned to a young man with lack of good training and some arrogance. He took it upon himself to answer questions on the application that only we should have answered, and the answers were incorrect. We saw this at the closing and asked why we were not asked these questions when he was typing the application. We made it clear that this was inappropriate and unacceptable, striving to remain polite but direct. Because we spoke up on this very wrong practice, our mortgage was sold to a bank in NEW JERSEY, before our first payment was made. Sold to a bank across the country from us, completely blowing our reason for using them in the first place. There is no doubt this was punishment for saying WE need to answer questions that are directed to us, not you. Rather than learn from this, and grow as a professional and as a company, the solution for Mortgage Home "Solutions" was to get rid of the customer. It feels a bit like the old Chicago gangsters. Appalling unprofessionalism and disrespect. The disappointment is real.

BUYERS BEWARE! I started with them to financial my home and needless to say they made verbal threats via email and over the phone about pulling my loan (among other things) so I would lose my offer on the house, a week before signing over it. As a first time buyer I looked up possible program options that I may qualify for and presented it to them. Then, I was told that they are pulling the loan. They ended up stating that they offered all these option of financing to me which they did not and started to call me a liar in front of my children and neighbor saying I will lose the home I chose for my family. They even said that they have all the control over their loans since they are not a third party broker. I am so glad my neighbor was there in the background through the whole communication and my neighbor recorded the end of it. Search their BBBs reviews first there are so many others with the same issues.
