We, my mother and I are homeless. This place had been our home for over a year! Little problems here and there but nothing like this past week. We were in the same room for a year when suddenly we were asked to move to the room next-door. We complied, it took all day as I'm on oxygen and my mother is disabled. The next day we get a call and I quote it saying "you have two weeks and then you must leave the property for 25 hours". We were frustrated but not a huge issue other than the elevator is broke and we lived on the fourth floor. So the next week we had to have my great aunt pay for our room for our week, which was accepted. We come down on Thursday and was told with a sassy attitude that we were told to leave for 48 hours THIS WEEK. A lie! So we bicker and finally say we have to go to work, can you speak with Maria about this, if anything since the stupid elevators are out, may we leave and leave our items behind. Told them to call or message and all day we were sick with anxiety waiting to see what they say. Not a word. We arrive to the hotel at 530 pm and ask the front desk person if there was a note for us, she said nope! We asked if we were paid, she gleefully replied yes ma'am and we werereleased. Got our keys renewed (mind you they would never do this if you did not pay!!!). At 1am we were awoken by cops claiming we did not pay and we were no longer welcome to EVER come back or we will be trespassed due to saying when told to leave. The manager Maria is a sneaky fake, she acts nice and kind but pulled the biggest con possible. The cops said we would have had more standing if we were still in the room we lived in for a year (but conveniently we were moved the week before) The cops bless their hearts said they would refuse to kick us out, with me on oxygen in the freezing weather. The next morning we had to go get my brother in pueblo to move a years worth of stuff diwn four flights of stairs. We werw again yelled at by maria for taking so long!!! We are no longer allowed there and if you are staying more than a night, watch out, they call cops for teesspassing and steal money.

So the rooms are good for staying out of the weather, which is a good thing, that's why they got 2 stars. Lights did not function well and I never saw any kind of breakfast and when I went for my coffee they didn't have any sugar, 2 days in a row. I asked who I believe was management for sugar she said they did not have any the first day. You would think someone is trying to get better reviews we keep up with the simplest things, as sugar, if you are not going to keep up with small things, your not going to do well in the bigger things. The location is a very well suited place! That is why I gave it five stars. Might be the only thing going for them and a lady at the counter named Candace I believe, she lit the stay with her kindness, and patience. Thank you Candace from the Antu boys! So if you're in a pinch budget wise, it will do, but take security measures though. Photos included, the view from my room were immaculate as well, if there were stars for that I'd give it five!

I have been a customer of Motel 6 for most of my life. Yesterday I was in a serious car accident and ended up pulling over into the parking lot of Motel 6 to wait for the police. I needed to use the restroom and went into the lobby and was stopped by the girl at the front desk. She asked me what I was doing and I informed her that I needed to use the restroom while I waited for the police because I was just in a car accident. She told me I needed to leave the premises immediately. I was shocked. I told her that I am a loyal Motel 6 customer But just needed to use the restroom real fast as I had just been in a terrible car accident. There was no Care or concern at all from this woman. She was extremely cold and extremely rude. I couldnt believe that somebody would turn away another person who had just been in a car accident accident and waiting for the police. The fact that the restroom was off-limits with absolutely no exceptions has completely changed my view on this establishment. I will never stay at Motel 6 again. The woman at the front desk was as unprofessional as could be, and treated me like I was a piece of trash. She then demanded that I left the property. I am a occupational therapist, and have dedicated my life to helping others. I am active in my churches youth ministry, and volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club. It was really sad to see somebody not only be so cold and heartless, but it was also as if she Enjoyed the small amount of power she had with regulating the bathroom. I will not only never stay at a motel six again, but I will make sure post this on Facebook, and any other social media platform that I may have. Motel 6 you should be ashamed of yourself.

I used to work here. Most of the negative reviews are true, especially concerning the management. Nice at first glance, and then the shadiness adds up. I was homeless and was permitted by management to live on the property under somebody else's name despite it being against company policy, and magically the day I was spotted leaving my room by a coworker, I was fired over a cheap tablet somebody stole 2 weeks prior that I would have paid out of pocket for no problem. Not sure if it's just plain selfishness or everybody there being miserable. Just know for all of you that have issues with this place - it sucks, but nobody cares (they make it known - there's a reason we wrote on paper that can be easily be destroyed) and nobody will do anything about anything. That's why every review gets a careless copy-paste response - a testament to the property itself. Unprofessional from the ground up, horrendous rooms, the coffee there is more than likely over a year old. Trust me, I made it every morning. You will be greeted by a fake smile and looked down upon the moment you go to your room. If you have an issue, there will be moans and groans before somebody assists you. You will not be treated with dignity and assumed to be a "degenerate" or something along the sorts. Your issues are deemed an inconvenience. I would highly recommend the Super 8 down the road, instead; or InTown Suites. Phenomenal customer service and the rooms are better by tenfold for the same price or cheaper. For those who think I'm lying, attached is an image of a marijuana plant in the back room that was given to another previous employee. Not that I care, it's really the least worrisome issue; but again - unprofessional, and as management loves to say - "unacceptable".
