Life Storage - Colorado Springs

I rented two separate units here. One from NY and one when i arrived to Colorado Springs. The first space should have been AUTO PYMT but was not set up correctly by the agent. I received a call and was told my payment was due. My pod arrived that day -so I walked into the office and paid the acct after learning that it was not set up auto. Noone ever told me I was charged a late fee of $50. I learned about it after receiving an email. I tried to log in to my accounts and they were a mess and the wrong unit would come up after trying to set up the account. I believe if everything was done in person-instead of telling us to do it online for a discount-we would not have had so many issues. Today I called to complain about the late fee and the account mess. I spoke to ~Kiesha. She was super patient. Walked through each issue one at a time and listened to my long story. Its been so long since i received such a friendly "can-do" customer service rep. Not only was she awesome, but she said she was new? She deserves a promotion already. I had about 6 different problems with the 2 accounts. She listened, called me back, was polite, respectful and repeated my concerns to make sure she got it right. She submitted a requested to have my late fee waived due to it being setup wrong. I will wait and see what happens with that but meanwhile, Thank you very much Keisha. Customer Service is still alive!!
