        This is by far the worst business I've ever seen in my life!!! They raise the rent every 6 months by 30 to 40 dollars!!! Everytime it snows, they completely block off my unit to get a vehicle in or out!! When contacting the main office to get a credit for the days I can't access it, I'm told to find another place!! Management here (Sierra) is worthless, and couldn't manage a lemonade stand!! If you are looking for storage, I highly recommend you look elsewhere!!! SECURE STORAGE SUCKS!!! ALSO, THEY LEAVE ONE OF THE GATES WIDE OPEN ALL OF THE TIME, SO HOMELESS HAVE ACCESS TO THE UNITS!!!

        I show up at 9:50. The man is in but tells me I can wait. So I look at the clock and it's 10:05. When I get to the store he's gone. I'm ,at this time on the phone with customer service renting a unit. His car is back. @ 11:10 I finish with customer service and walk over to find he's gone to lunch till 12:20??????? Does this guy work? Rude and lazy. Customer service was great but this guy is trash.
