        Loading and unloading can be challenging due to limited access points and employees parking in access area at front of facility. Storage unit measurements differ significantly from those advertised. 20x10 unit is actually 19x9.5 which is almost 20 square feet different. Correct dimensions should be advertised or units should be charged properly per square foot. This matters when moving items from a 20x10 unit at a different facility and finding its too small. Truth in advertising is a form of respect for customers.

        Clean property (grounds, common areas, my unit on move-in). Excellent customer service, friendly & knowledgeable. My move-in process was seamless (booked online and then in-person for completing process), and my move-out was equally easy. I will definitely use again when I need extra storage space. (Rented for 8 or 9 months.)
