The car has been in the shop for 8 weeks. Every week it's a new "we don't have the part". I have yet to receive a call back on the same day as well. "It will be done on X day" and then I call on that day and are told one more week. After 8 weeks this is HORRIBLE SERVICE. I do not recommend them anymore.

I took my car here after an attempted theft that damaged my wiring, fuses, ignition and lock cylinders. It took four weeks to get those items fixed, in addition to a few other miscellaneous things that were wrong ever since I purchased the vehicle.
They did a great job on the cylinders, but the radio proved to be an issue that took over a week to address (stopped by twice to pick up the car, but the radio was still not functional). During the second trip to pick it up the radio was finally fixed (ish) while I waited. It's still having some issues with Bluetooth. Also, the alarm works when manually activated on the fob, but it won't set so it's now virtually useless.
What was most disappointing was that they snuck in an extra $375 that was not part the quote (a simple reprogramming of the fob). I was only informed of the charge as I was paying. They also charged me their credit card processing fee of 3.5% which nailed me with another unexpected $70. So the overall quote was off by 21%.
I would not go back to this shop due to extended delays, quotes that are off by an excessive amount and inadequate servicing that failed to resolve all problems. Services: Electrical, Air conditioning, Battery

Incredibly frustrated with lack of concern and poor work, trying to hand off shoddy work 4 TIMES. They decided when work was complete even when it wasnt.
Word of warning only use this place if a listed bodyshop for the specific insurance company you have a claim through. The insurance company will allow you to complete work elsewhere if you use one of the approved shops. Be very careful about going there. There is a reason they are not as backed up as other body shops.
I regret ever using this company.
What was wrong? Here is the list:
Being called lovie by someone in the office who needs to comprehend what professional and intelligent is.
Being told my vehicle was ready for pick up 4 times only to arrive and it was not at all ready, poor work, dents, incorrect alignment, new panels added damaged (twice).
Being told something I requested to be looked at was, with a long voicemail, and then at time of pickup not fixed because i must have called the wrong vehicle owner. Yeah RIGHT.
I am making an official complaint to BBB regarding my treatment and the poor work I received at this shop.
Dont take your vehicle there. Drake is the gate keeper for aggressive refusing of service. But hes not convincing or good at it. Actually just a joke who doesnt know how to work well with other humans.
