Alex, I apologize that you and your husband were not pleased with your visit to our shop. This is obviously a second review from you two, for the exact same visit that your husband Filimon left a review for last week. I have already replied to his review, so I will address the same issues with you now. On 9/18 your vehicle had been brought in with multiple problems with its coolant system. We did a thorough inspection of your car, and found that the water pump, thermostat, and timing belt were all in need of replacement. We also did a pressure test on your vehicle which appeared to show that your vehicles head gaskets were ok. When you came back and stated that your vehicle was getting hot again, we ran more tests, and did finally get a single test to show that your heads had a small leak. As soon as we got this test result, my team got to work on it right away. We removed and replaced your cylinder head, put in a new gasket, including all new head bolts, spark plugs, and every other gasket and part required for this work, all at NO cost to you. This problem with your vehicle was in no way my responsibility. However, I chose to repair this major problem with your engine for you free of charge, as an apology for the fact that we were unable to diagnose it and get it taken care of in a more timely manner.
