The lady Crystal who answers the phone is rude and unhelpful. I will never use Interstate again due to their lack of customer service and help. I used them for over 10 years and something has changed you lost a very loyal customer. Look around before buying there are cheaper options with friendly staff out there

Had a faulty Battery on my vehicle. My family member drove to a local Interstate battery distributor who did not have the battery in stock and waited a couple of hours for a delivery. The battery never came. The local shop called this location and was informed to bring the battery to them and would swap out the battery and the new battery would be in will call. Upon arrival they insisted on doing a charge for 48 hours and test on the battery. This location is over 100 miles round trip from where we are. The manager Nick was problematic and reverted to their service of their batteries which is understandable but never mentioned after having one of their distributors have hand on the battery first. Nothing like having a no good customer service. The manager then stated to buy a new battery and they would refund the battery if the battery tested out poorly. This is good and all but again this was not mentioned at all prior to driving over an hour away for this process. So it was inisted to swap out the battery because of the expectation and what happened prior to driving the distance. Well Nick felt compelled to call the police. Great. would give a negative 5 star rating if I could.
