Amazing bison! They deliver to your home and communicate very well. Theyve always gone above and beyond to set my box to the side if Im at work that day. The quality of their bison is amazing. They usually throw in a sample of their various amazing spice mixes. They have great quality organs I feed my 14 year old lab mix. Try the strips! This place is simply amazing!!

Decided to try the prime rib for Thanksgiving for something different. My gosh, this was the most flavorful and tender piece of bison I've ever eaten. I used the rubs included in the box and followed the directions on the website. These certainly did not disappoint either. I will be ordering from Rex again way before next Thanksgiving!!!

We bought a case of their dry aged bison New Yorks for our wedding. Rexs product is so tender and flavorful and really a steal of a price for the quality. His team and website made things easy to pick up it was a shoe piece of the evening. Thanks for making our day so special!!!!
